Big E Says Broken Neck Made His Dating Life ‘A Mess’

Big E had to cross many hurdles over the years during his time in WWE. By winning the WWE Championship the previous year, he scaled the mountain, but his injury has left him far behind. Recently, Big E found himself on the sidelines due to a broken neck. Now, the New Day member is opening up about how his dating life has changed as a result of his injury.

The member of The New Day, Big E, has been sidelined since March due to a broken neck. He recently gave fans an update on how dating has been going for him since the injury. The former WWE Champion Big E made an appearance on “Out of Character with Ryan Satin” and shared his experience.

“It’s a mess out here, this dating life. I spent 12 weeks in a neck brace … Now you’re just a charity case. You’re a pity case. I can’t go on dates with a neck brace … I haven’t gone on a date or anything, but, it’s only been a month that I’m out and about, but I’m seeing people.”

Big E fractured of the C1 vertebra twice as well as the C6. The Triple Crown Champion has since made a steady recovery and no longer requires a neck brace to move around freely. That doesn’t make the dating scene any easier to navigate.
