Kanye West Will Not Face Any Charges Over Punching Fan

Kanye West is constantly in the news for one reason or another. He always acted strangely and out of character during Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson’s relationship. He previously punched a fan, and it now appears that he will not face any charges.

According to TMZ, Kanye West will not face charges for reportedly punching a fan outside an L.A. hotel following a heated exchange. The Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office reported, “After a thorough and careful review of all the evidence, our office is declining to file based on no reasonable likelihood of conviction.” Simply put, there isn’t enough evidence to support a conviction.

According to law enforcement sources, Ye was involved in a physical altercation outside the Soho Warehouse in January. According to reports, Kanye pushed and punched the male fan. The case was being investigated as a misdemeanor battery, which carries a maximum 6-month jail sentence.

The outlet got a video of an enraged Kanye taken around the time of the alleged incident. You hear Kanye yell, “Did y’all say that or not? Did y’all say that or not? Cuz that’s what happened right f now.” Earlier that evening, he was seen partying at Delilah in WeHo with his then-girlfriend Julia Fox. Julia remained at the club while Ye left.
