The Weeknd is a versatile artist whose concerts are consistently crowded with fans. The Weeknd’s last live performance in Las Vegas had a big crowd as usual, but a mishap occurred that made the audience anxious. Regrettably, it was reported that the Weeknd’s Merch trailer was destroyed in a fire at the Las Vegas show.
During The Weeknd’s weekend performance in Las Vegas, a large fire broke out, reportedly destroying a trailer containing some of the singer’s merchandise. Fox News reported that as spectators were leaving the event late on August 20, a sizable fire broke out outside Allegiant Stadium.
Just before 11 p.m., local firefighters were called to the scene and quickly brought the flames under control. Some videos which were posted online appeared to show a bus or trailer in flames in a parking lot near the stadium, though it’s unclear what caused the fire.
Later, it was revealed that the fire completely destroyed The Weeknd’s After Hours Til Dawn merchandise truck. The Weeknd did not mention the fire when he posted a picture from his After Hours Til Dawn Tour’s stop in Las Vegas. In the meantime, a brand-new teaser trailer for the upcoming HBO series The Idol was unveiled by The Weeknd and HBO.
The new HBO Max series and the Toronto megastar’s role as a self-help guru, club owner, and head of a contemporary cult who dates a budding pop star played by Lily-Rose Depp are discussed in more detail in the video, which was released on August 21.
The teaser also makes it clear that the show will have a tonne of sex and many guest stars. Mike Dean, Jane Adams, Dan Levy, Rachel Sennott, Da’Vine, Suzanna Son, and Eli Roth are some of the new faces that have been added to the show including Joy Randolph, Ramsey, and Hank Azaria. Tyson Ritter, Troye Sivan, Debby Ryan, Hari Nef, Tunde, and others were previously mentioned as guests on the program.
