Jake Paul started his boxing career in August 2018, when he defeated British YouTuber Deji Olatunji in the fifth round via TKO. Paul previously announced that his next fight will take place in October. Despite the 2023 match arrangement, Jake recently claimed that KSI will never fight him.
Jake Paul is coming to grips with the fact that he may never get the chance to beat KSI in the ring. He said that his opponent was only using him to promote his own matches. KSI and The Problem Child made a Twitter deal earlier this month. They resolved to end their feud by scheduling a boxing match at Wembley Stadium in 2023.
The plan didn’t stop the two YouTube stars from hurling insults at each other ever since. Jake most recently slammed KSI’s event on Saturday, where he’s scheduled to face two opponents on the same night.
The fights against Swarmz and Luis Alcaraz Pineda were made public and consisted of three-round bouts with a three-hour break in between. Paul voiced his displeasure with the entire event. “It’s way easier than one 6 round fight,” Paul tweeted.
KSI & Minions Boxing doing the fans dirty with this fake sh*t. Mislead after mislead.
KSI responded by stating that, unlike Paul, he will be entering the ring in 2022. Unlike Paul, he too claimed to be taking on a real boxing pro. Jake unleashed his retaliation by saying, “What you doing isn’t fighting. It’s an exhibition against a nice young man and your mate you make music with.”
“KSI will never fight me. That is obvious and I’m ok with it. He is trying to hype his exhibition fights.”
The realization comes only days after Rick Ross put up $10 million to find an opponent for his friend, Jake. If this is true, it will be a huge disappointment for YouTube fighting fans. To get the latest updates, keep an eye on Thirsty.
