Floribama Shore is a popular MTV series that is well-appreciated by its viewers, or should we say “was,” because the show is no more. Many fans of the show were hopeful that it will return with new episodes, however, some were also curious about a recast. It doesn’t matter either way, because the reality television show was canceled by MTV.

Everyone’s favorite reality show located in the Florida Panhandle is no longer airing, since MTV has canceled “Floribama Shore.” According to TMZ, the cast was informed of the show’s cancellation on Friday morning, but they were not given a reason for the cancellation.

The entire ensemble, with the exception of Gus Smyrnios, recorded together in November at Nilsa Prowant’s wedding. The cast was promised that the wedding would feature at the start of Season 5 and that filming would begin in February before it was canceled due to COVID.

Nilsa recently shared photos from her wedding, which were captured by production cameras behind her. Sources close to production, on the other hand, don’t appear to want to accept it’s over, telling that the show isn’t moving forward at the time, but the series’ future is being considered.

For those fans who are unaware, the show ran four seasons, beginning in 2017 and following eight people living it up on the beaches that stretch from Florida to Alabama.

From Gus deleting his Instagram following a battle with a fan to Kirk Medas pulling the star card after a 2020 arrest, the group hasn’t shied away from drama over the years. The drama has been carried out throughout. What do think? Let’s see what happens next. For further updates, stay tuned to Thisrty.
