Kris Jenner Responds To Scott Disick’s Excommunication From The Kardashian Family

Following Kourtney Kardashian’s nuptials to Travis Barker, a recent rumor claimed that Scott Disick’s connection with the Kardashian-Jenner family was fractured. The story also claimed that the family “excommunicated” the creator of Talentless. However, Kris Jenner just clarified the situation about the reports with a statement.

The report came on Friday from Page Six, with sources claiming “ever since Kourtney got married, [Scott] doesn’t spend as much time with that whole group,” dropping the notion he’s been “kind of excommunicated because the priority is Travis.” He was referred to has having been “distanced” from the family by anther source, but was also still reportedly filming on Season 2 of “The Kardashians” with Kourtney and their children, so if there is a split, it’s certainly not a hard one.

Scott and Kourtney had a nine-year relationship that resulted in the births of Mason, Penelope, and Reign, so he has been a part of the extended Kardashian family and reality television business pretty much since the beginning. When Paper Magazine picked up the story and shared it to their Instagram page on Saturday night, Kardashians matriarch and “Mama Bear” Kris quickly jumped in to defend Scott.

“Scott will NEVER be excommunicated from our family, He’s the father of my grandchildren and a special part of our family… we love him and not true! “

While Disick did not respond to the recent reports, he was previously seen discussing his relationship with the family during the first season of The Kardashians which showcased his changed dynamic with the Kardashian-Jenners following Kourtney’s engagement. In one of the episodes, he discussed with Kris about feeling “left out” from the family after she failed to invite him to a bash organised at her house. 

However, Scott doesn’t seem to be leaving any time soon, as the story indicates that he is currently filming for the family’s new reality show. Later this year, when Season 2 of “The Kardashians” debuts, viewers will get to see how everything turns out. Stay tuned to Thirsty for further updates.
