Honey Boo Boo’s Mother ‘Mama June’ Apologizes For Everything She Put Her Daughter Through

Honey Boo Boo made a name for herself as a child star in the reality television series Here Comes Honey Boo Boo. Real name, Alana Thompson, she also doesn’t have the best of lives, especially due to the lack of any real friends. Her mother, Mama June Shannon, also has a slew of personal problems that have caused a ton of problems for years.

 It was previously reported that Honey Boo Boo wanted to get weight loss surgery once she turns 17. Boo Boo will be getting a suture sculpt endoscopic sleeve from weight loss doctor Steven Batash, costing around $13k.

According to TMZ, Mama June was not present at Honey Boo Boo’s birthday party, but made sure to send a message to her daughter. Mama June sent a lengthy text message the day before Alana’s 17th, saying how proud she is of who her daughter’s become, and wishing her a happy birthday.

Mama June stated that Alana responded to her recent text, thanking her for the message, and saying she loves her mom too. It’s certainly good to know the two are reconciling now.
