Tiffany Haddish & Aries Spears Accused Of Grooming Children

Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears allegedly groomed a girl and molested her younger brother, according to a new lawsuit. While the duo is saying that it’s a shakedown, the details from the lawsuit do paint a grotesque picture.

The lawsuit comes from the siblings recounting their experiences. The sister, going by Jane Doe, was only 14 at the time while her brother, John Doe, was only 7 years old. She claims that Haddish was friends with her mother, and got her to take part in a video that was sexual in nature. Haddish taught her how to act out fellatio for the video, as per the suit.

TMZ reports that as per the suit, Jane claims that the duo also molested her brother. They did it while shooting a “Funny or Die” video called “Through a Pedophile’s Eyes.” The brand, however, says that it had nothing to do with the video. They deemed it a piece of user-generated content. Funny or Die also claim that the video was removed as soon as they came to know about it.

Funny Or Die found this video absolutely disgusting and would never produce such content. We were not involved with the conceptualization, development, funding, or production of this video. It was uploaded to the site as user-generated content and was removed in 2018 immediately after becoming aware of its existence.

Andrew Brettler, Haddish’s attorney, says that the lawsuit is a shakedown attempt. Brettler claims that the mother, Trizah Morris, has been pushing claims for many years. He adds that many attorneys took her case, but dropped it when they found the claims to have no substance.

Plaintiff’s mother, Trizah Morris, has been trying to assert these bogus claims against Ms. Haddish for several years. Every attorney who has initially taken on her case — and there were several — ultimately dropped the matter once it became clear that the claims were meritless and Ms. Haddish would not be shaken down. Now, Ms. Morris has her adult daughter representing herself in this lawsuit. The two of them will together face the consequences of pursuing this frivolous action.

The siblings seek damages from Haddish and Spears, claiming that the trauma has severely impacted their life. They claim their mother previously tried to reach a $15,000 settlement but failed. It’s hard to know which side is right. Haddish’s legal team stands strong while the lawsuit has shocking claims against the comedians.
