Eminem Shows Up At Detroit Lions Practice & Offers To Play For The Team

Eminem’s contributions to hip-hop will never be forgotten because of how deeply his impact has imprinted on both his admirers and his peers. The rapper recently also paid a visit to Lions training camp practice, and he might be down to try on some tackling pads.

Slim Shady was seen meeting numerous Lions players and promising to suit up for the squad whenever required. This epic footage was seen in the latest HBO Hard Knocks video ahead of the season finale. He told a small group of people, “We’ve got a good team this year, let’s go.”

When asked if he planned to attend any games this year, Eminem, said, “I said I’ll lace up whenever. Like I’ll go to every game. I’ll stand on the sideline and if you guys need to put me in, put me in. Any position I’m good. Actually any position, I’m great.”

Eminem, who is also a longtime Lions supporter, is looking for further success in Year Two of Dan Campbell’s tenure. The Lions improved on the field last year, but their record was not where they wanted to be in the long run.

Detroit had a 3-13 record but played with more enthusiasm than in previous seasons. Although the Lions are expected to increase in output this year, only time will tell how much better they will be in 2022.

Meanwhile, the 2022 MTV VMAs are expected to feature performances by Eminem and Snoop Dogg. To honor the freshly created “Best Metaverse Performance” category, the two rap legends will deliver a spectacular performance at the VMAs. Snoop and Eminem will alter the stage to perform “From the D 2 The LBC” in a remarkable performance that draws inspiration from the Otherside metaverse. Stay tuned to Thirsty for more updates!
