Sheree Zampino is a breakout star from the 12th season of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” She knows a thing or two about facing the bright lights in Hollywood as the ex-wife of Will Smith. The 54-year-old recently admitted that being a Hollywood ex, her first husband is actor Will Smith, is simpler than becoming famous herself now that she is a member of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” Zampino has again talked in favor of Smith.
Zampino had some good times throughout Season 12 with her best friend, longstanding cast member Garcelle Beauvais, who suggested Zampino when the show’s creators were looking to bring in a new face. Sheree fit right in during her first season of “RHOBH” when it came to the friend zone. Like when Zampino was shocked when Garcelle disclosed on TV that she had dated Smith in the past.
Zampino, like many who support the Oscar-winning actor, was as horrified as the rest of the world when Smith smacked Chris Rock at the Academy Awards earlier this year. She hopes that people would eventually come to forgive him and allow him to be a better human being. Page Six reports that she stands in support of him and that the ex-couple is on good terms.
It was a little surreal. I thought it was a skit at first, but once I realized it was real, my thinking was, ‘I’m not even going to deal with this because it’s his night.’ When he came over, we were supportive and loved on him. The whole situation was foreign to me because Will is always in control and gracious. You don’t really see him get upset that often.
He’s apologized, and he’s taken responsibility and accountability for it. I don’t know what happened in the moment. I wouldn’t ask. If that’s something he wants to share, he can. But he’s got a family that loves him, rides for him and supports him. He’s allowed to be human.
Sheree Zampino recently said that she and Jada Pinkett Smith had a good relationship. Jada supported her on her entrepreneurial journey when she wanted to start her own business. Stay tuned to Thirsty for the latest news and updates.
