Armie Hammer Staying At One Of Robert Downey Jr’s Homes

Armie Hammer and Robert Downey Jr. appear to be genuine friends who stand by each other no matter what the scenario is. Fans must have learned a few months ago that Robert Downey Jr. paid for Armie Hammer’s six-month rehab stay, and yet again Downey has proven his friendship by providing him with a roof.

According to a recent Page Six report, Armie Hammer is staying at one of Robert Downey Jr.’s homes, amid the infamous Call Me By Your Name star’s ongoing scandal.

Last year, Downey Jr. was said to have paid for Hammer’s stay at a Florida recovery center. In addition to sleeping at one of Downey Jr.’s “extra houses,” Hammer is said to be drug-free by a source.

“He’s sober and has been spending a lot of time with good friends and with his kids.”

While Armie is the great-grandson of late billionaire oil mogul Armand Hammer, the actor has reportedly been struggling financially as a result of the various charges leveled against him, and his family has supposedly cut him off.

Hammer is said to work as a timeshare salesman to make ends meet. In a recent response to Vanity Fair, Hammer’s counsel addressed the rumors. He alleged that the media is putting him down for having a “normal job.”

“I can’t confirm or deny the report because Armie hasn’t addressed it. I just think it’s shitty that, if he is selling timeshares, the media is shaming him for having a ‘normal job.’”

Hammer was recently the focus of House Of Hammer, a docuseries that investigated sexual assault charges as well as his involvement with cannibalism. Hammer has not yet responded to the documentary. Let’s see how he reacts to this controversy. For further updates stay tuned to Thirsty.
