Kodak Black is a multi-talented rapper with millions of eyes on him at every moment. Kodak’s attendance at Made in America was widely expected, however, it did not go down as planned. Since he arrived late, Kodak Black was unable to perform Made in America.
Made in America 2022 is in full swing, and the roster is as impressive as ever. Tyler, The Creator headlined on Saturday, and Lil Uzi Vert, Jazmine Sullivan, Pusha T, and JID also performed. Kodak Black, who was initially supposed to play at 6:45 p.m., was notably absent.
The Florida rapper was apparently prohibited from playing because he arrived late. Black addressed the blunder in a video that went viral on social media. The voice fades in and out, but it is evident that Kodak is upset.
The rapper jumped on Instagram live to say that he was unable to perform. He then accused Jay-Z and Live Nation of being too rigorous, claiming that he was just thirty minutes late. He then pointed out how fans are waiting for him, and he was ready to perform, but the show went on without him.
Fans may have been saddened by Kodak’s absence, but there is still much to look forward to on Sunday. Don Toliver, Burna Boy, Snoh Aalegra, Armani White, Becca Hannah, and more will play throughout the day, with Bad Bunny expected to headline. For further updates, stay tuned to Thirsty.
