Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears allegedly groomed a girl and molested her younger brother, according to a new lawsuit. The details from the lawsuit definitely portray a horrifying image, despite the fact that the duo claimed it is a shakedown. Haddish recently expressed regret over the child molestation lawsuit.
Tiffany Haddish recently said she regrets filming the comedy sketch. She is however unable to go further in response to the complaint brought out by two people who claim they were sexually abused as youngsters. Tiffany recently took to Instagram to address the lawsuit.
I know people have a bunch of questions. I get it. I’m right there with you. Unfortunately, because there is an ongoing legal case, there’s very little that I can say right now. But, clearly, while this sketch was intended to be comedic, it wasn’t funny at all – and I deeply regret having agreed to act in it. I really look forward to being able to share a lot more about this situation as soon as I can.
The two plaintiffs—a male and a female—claimed that Tiffany and Aries Spears “groomed” the girl, then 14, and her younger brother, then 7 years old, forcing them to participate in obscene skits. The youngster claimed that both defendants sexually assaulted him.
The girl claimed in the lawsuit that Tiffany taught her how to imitate fellatio for the skit, and that Haddish won her trust and persuaded her to film a sexually suggestive video. The siblings claimed that their mother attempted to settle the claimed molestation video with Spears for $15,000 as well. They are suing Haddish and Spears for losses incurred.
