Larsa Pippen Buys Miami Penthouse For A Steal At $3.375 Million

Larsa Pippen is an original main cast member on Bravo’s reality television series The Real Housewives of Miami. She also rakes in a ton of money from simps on OnlyFans. Larsa has appeared on the show since its premiere in 2011 and rejoined in 2021. It was recently reported that the RHOM star scored a Miami penthouse at a steal.

TMZ reports that the Real Housewives of Miami star paid $3.375 million for the condo earlier this year. Obviously, it’s a steal at that price, given that it was previously listed for $3.9 million.

The 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom pad is full of luxury. The building includes 5 pools, a game room, a boxing studio, a fitness center, and even a recording studio. The penthouse is at a short distance from Miami Beach and South Beach.

There’s plenty of space (3,312 sq ft) for entertaining good “friends” like Michael Jordan’s son, Marcus. It also includes floor-to-ceiling windows, which provide excellent lighting for all those Instagram selfies. Larsa was renting in California until recently, after selling her Fort Lauderdale mansion for $10.5 million last September. 

Pippen is back in South Florida, with a new place to call home. Larsa was represented in the purchase by HL Real Estate Group’s Seth Semilof and Kamal Hotchandani. According to Seth, Larsa got a great deal on the home, paying less than $1,000 per square foot, which is incredibly low for an MIA penthouse.
