Selma Blair & Ex-Boyfriend Ron Carlson Dismiss Restraining Orders Against Each Other

Selma Blair and her ex-boyfriend Ron Carlson seem to be getting along better after a harsh separation. The couple is no longer concerned with needing one another to be protected by a court order.

According to updated court documents acquired by TMZ, Ron and Selma both got rid of their restraining orders against one another bringing a seemingly highly tense situation to an end.

Following Ron’s arrest for felony domestic violence with corporal injury, Selma went to court in March and obtained a temporary protection order against him, alleging that he had assaulted her.

Ron received a temporary restraining order of his own not long after Selma obtained a temporary restraining order against him. Ron claimed that  Selma was the one who acted violently during the incident. He said that she clawed his nose, eyes, and cheeks in addition to hitting his eye with her arm. Ron claimed that he was defending himself and so attacked her.

Selma nevertheless surprised everyone by showing up to present at the Emmys last night. Regarding the situation with Ron, it was an unpleasant one all around. They’re not back together, but it seems like cooler heads have triumphed at this point.
