Cardi B Appears In New York City Court Over Strip Club Incident

Original: Cardi B put a lot of effort into becoming one of the best female rappers in the hip-hop industry, and her music has become popular all over the world. She is also a controversial figure for a good reason. However, she was recently spotted arriving in Queens court over charges related to an alleged incident at a strip club in 2018.

The “WAP” rapper entered Queens Superior Court on Thursday morning accompanied by her team of lawyers and bodyguard while donning big sunglasses and her iconic two-inch nails. According to a video obtained by The Post, the singer said “Good” and waved briefly in response to a reporter’s question about how she was doing before entering the courtroom.

Cardi sat on a bench inside the courtroom, tapping her foot nervously while conversing, laughing, and turning to greet reporters. The hip-hop superstar faces two felony counts of attempted assault and misdemeanor charges after allegedly taking part in a fight at the Flushing nightclub Angels in August 2018.

Cardi allegedly instructed her crew to assault the two bartender sisters for allegedly sleeping with her rapper husband Offset. She also allegedly threw two champagne bottles and a hookah at the women.

Cardi has always treated the court appearances like a runway photo opportunity throughout the protracted case wearing showy designer trousers suits and furs. She has previously appeared in court dressed to the nines in Salvatore Ferragamo and Louboutin and carrying a $30,000 Hermès Birkin bag.
