Kanye West & Candice Swanepoel’s Relationship Is ‘BS’ To Sell Sunglasses

Kanye West has earned the respect of many of his followers as a true businessman and musician. Kanye also clearly understands how to spread rumors about his dating life. Kanye West and Candice Swanepoel are now officially dating, although it appears to be all a setup to sell sunglasses.

According to Page Six, Kanye West is officially “dating” Candice Swanepoel. However according to reports, it’s not really pure love; rather, they call it “BS” to sell sunglasses. Swanepoel conveniently serves as the face of Yeezy GAP sunglasses, and the two had a night out together at a New York Fashion Week event.

The marketing-savvy West is aware of the positive effects a well-publicized romance might have on the brand’s image. West doesn’t exactly look bad either since he’s dating one of the most beautiful women in the whole world. After the fete, Kanye and Candice left the event together in West’s SUV and drove to the same hotel where they socialized with Chris Rock.  

However, according to the source, it’s just a “PR stunt.” Coincidentally, Swanepoel also served as the face for Kim Kardashian’s newest Skims campaign. Kanye ended his relationship with Gap this week, just after the party for the new sunnies (or SHDZ, as he calls them), citing the company’s failure to keep all of its promises.
