Tristan Thompson ‘Encouraged’ Khloé Kardashian To Have Another Baby Months After Finding Out About His Lovechild

Khloe Kardashian just revealed her newborn baby to the world. The baby was born to a surrogate, with Tristan Thompson as the father. News has now come out about the surrogate being pregnant at the same time Tristan’s paternity scandal broke.

Kim Kardashian’s once told Khloe that the paternity scandal should be the end of their relationship. However, she might have been unaware of the fact that their surrogate could already be pregnant. The news was not made public until July, just weeks before their son was born.

Season 2 of The Kardashians premiered with previously-unseen footage of the moment between the two sisters. It showed tearful Khloé telling Kim that baby number two was probably on the way. This moment was edited out of the Season 1 finale after Kim took Khloé off speaker so that the crew wouldn’t hear.

“I found out about Tristan’s situation [with Nichols] the first week of December. It’s just so close. I wouldn’t want anyone to think I did this after the fact. Why would I want to have a baby with someone who is having a baby with somebody else? I’m not that much of a sociopath. I’m a lunatic, but not that f–king deranged.”

Kardashian also confirmed that the NBA player found out about Nichols’ pregnancy on July 2nd. It was months before he “encouraged” the reality star to go through with the surrogacy. “All I know is I was being encouraged to do it by a certain date,” she explained.

In December 2021, court records from Nichols’ paternity lawsuit were leaked, which led to news of her pregnancy. When Thompson and Nichols allegedly shared a bed during the weekend of his 30th birthday in March of that year, Nichols claimed she fell pregnant with his child. When it came to child support, Thompson aggressively denied being the father of her child and even made threats against her.

The drama might have finally come to an end with the birth of Khloe’s newborn. Tristan has been told to keep away from the mother-son pair as she prepares to raise the kids on her own.
