Khloé Kardashian’s love life has been tragic, owing mostly to her toxic and troubled relationship with Tristan Thompson. Khloé and Tristan recently welcomed their son through surrogacy, but Tristan was spotted with the OnlyFans model.

Page Six reports that Tristan Thompson was seen leaving a party with OnlyFans model Juanita JCV. The news broke only days before his and Khloé Kardashian’s newborn child made his television debut. Although the athlete and the social media star did not arrive at Jack Harlow’s concert after-party at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood together, they did leave in the same vehicle.

Juanita was spotted in the backseat of the NBA player’s Maybach SUV. Thompson’s appearance comes two months after he was photographed holding hands with an unknown woman while vacationing in Europe. At the time, Kardashian appeared to approve of her on-again, off-again boyfriend’s flirtatious international vacation, “liking” a telling Instagram post.

Thompson and the reality star started dating in 2016 but split up many times owing to his cheating scandals. The couple, who also have a 4-year-old daughter True, welcomed their son in July. His arrival was captured in the Hulu show’s Season 2 debut on Thursday.
