DeMario Jackson is well-known for his appearances on The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise. In a recent case, two women accused him of sexual assault, and both of the women filed the suit as Jane Does. Jackson has now revealed that the lawsuit is costing him brand deals.
DeMario Jackson, a former “Bachelor in Paradise” contestant, claims the rape allegations against him are costing him six figures in brand deals. He stated that he is determined to clear his name. The reality TV personality told TMZ the day after he was sued for sexual assault by two women that he lost ten deals worth $25,000, with brands he’d worked with for years quickly breaking relations.
DeMario stated unequivocally that dealing with another sex scandal “sucks.” Jackson already faced it in 2017 when ‘BIP’ filming was stopped when he and Corinne Olympios hooked up in a swimming pool, and he believes his life has been a living hell since.
As previously reported, He was sued on Tuesday by two different women who alleged that they went on dates with him and both ended with DeMario forcing them into non-consensual sex. Walter Mosley Jr., DeMario’s attorney, claimed that the LAPD investigated the reported incidents and that the investigations did not result in criminal charges. He also revealed that Jackson has evidence that would exonerate him in court.
DeMario also claimed to have been in touch with his accusers throughout the years. He claims they even planned to meet the day after they reported their allegations to the police. His lawyer describes the suit as a shakedown.
