Stranger Things 4 has been a massive success for Netflix. The show has amassed a tremendous fan base as its supernatural storyline continues to captivate viewers. The infamous Byers’ house from Stranger Things is now up for sale for $300K in Georgia.
In the popular Netflix series, the real estate that served as the outside of the fictional family’s home is up for sale in Fayetteville, Georgia. According to People, Michael Smith of EXP Realty has listed the modest 1,846 square foot ranch, which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, for $300,000.
This home was featured throughout the first few seasons of the show and remains a nostalgic focal point of the series.
Since the show was aired fans have traveled far and wide, almost daily, just to drive by and get a picture. So much so that the owners had to put up a driveway barricade and ‘Private Property’ signs just to keep people from trespassing, so needless to say the house gets a ton of attention.
Despite being in a small town, the mansion has already gained popularity as a destination for series devotees. The home is advertised as being in the “ideal” position for an Airbnb and stands on 6 acres of land. Earlier this year, a different house with connections to the program appeared on Airbnb.
The Albuquerque, New Mexico house that served as the inspiration for the Byers’ new California home is now available for rent on the website. The five-bedroom house can sleep up to 14 and currently goes for about $400 per night. Stay tuned to Thirsty for the latest news and updates.
