A$AP Rocky’s life has recently been turbulent, mostly due to his arrest at Los Angeles International airport on April 20th by detectives from LAPD’s Robbery-Homicide Division in connection to a shooting. However, he headlined Rolling Loud in New York City on Saturday night but unfortunately, it appears that they cut his set short.

A$AP apologized for the set on social media on Saturday afternoon, however, he didn’t specify why he went on late and only performed 9 songs. “I am so hurt right now! Last night was supposed to be a turning point in my live shows from the old to new!” he wrote in the statement.

“I will take full responsibility for the circumstances of what led to last nights show being everything it was and everything it wasn’t.

I also want to acknowledge that even tho I prepared the best show for my fans, detail for detail , over the course of MONTHS… I was unfortunately not able to bring my vision to fruition and Im hurt about that and I want to apologize to all of my fans and continued supporters, and thank y’all for showing up for me regardless!!”

A$AP, however, did bring out GloRilla and French Montana to perform during his set, and he also performed his unheard collaboration with Tyler, the Creator, and Pharrell.

A$AP stated that his performance at Rolling Loud in New York City will be his final one before the release of his eagerly anticipated new album. Prior to his performance at the festival on Saturday, Rocky made the announcement with a visual on Instagram. Stay tuned to Thirsty for more updates.
