The Cleveland Browns’ standout defensive end, Myles Garrett, was recently engaged in a one-car collision. He crashed his car after leaving the Browns’ practice facility in Berea. Myles is thankfully going to be OK following his frightening rollover car crash earlier this week.
TMZ reported, the NFL superstar has been released from the hospital. His agent also shared that tests showed he broke no bones in the wreck. Garrett was transported to a local Ohio medical facility after cops say he flipped his gray Porsche 911 Turbo S at around 2:58 PM in Sharon Township.
According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, he was released late Monday evening. His agent, Nicole Lynn, told Cleveland.com “nothing is broken” on his body. Although, it remains unclear if the accident will cause the defensive end to miss any time with the Browns.
Authorities said they’ve launched an investigation into the cause of the crash. According to Pelissero, Garrett swerved to avoid an animal in the road just before he lost control of his vehicle. Cops also said that they have no reason to believe Garrett was under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the collision.
Meanwhile, Garrett has started all three games for Cleveland this season, recording three sacks and seven total tackles. For further updates, keep checking Thirsty.
