Hocus Pocus was a smashing success in the 1990s and was cherished by audiences of all ages. Even Hocus Pocus 2 kept up its standard and caused a stir in the industry; especially the cottage was largely adored by the fans. Sanderson Sisters Cottage from Hocus Pocus now become available on Airbnb for just one night only.
TMZ reports that the Sanderson Sisters are welcoming two lucky guests to their house so they can attempt casting some old spells, bringing to life the iconic cottage from “Hocus Pocus.”
The witches are holding a unique overnight visit at their Salem, Massachusetts, house, which has been frozen in time for 300 years, in honor of the imminent release of “Hocus Pocus 2.”
For just $31 a night, two visitors may relive the fan’s favorite moments from the beloved Halloween classic in the iconic cottage from the original Disney film. If fans are fortunate enough to get the room, spending the night in the “Hocus Pocus” house will make them feel like Kathy Najimy, Sarah Jessica Parker, or Bette Midler.
The old cottage is tucked away in the woods and will be pretty eerie because it has squeaky wooden floorboards and cabinets full of stuff for a witches’ cauldron.
Overnight visitors can still try their hand at a few enchantments in the ancient spellbook, but Winifred, Sarah, and Mary Sanderson agree not to sweep in on broomsticks and grab children. Visitors will have the opportunity to see some of Salem’s most eerie homes before a special showing of “Hocus Pocus 2” back at the cottage.
Fans can make a reservation request for the villa on October 12 for the October 20 stay if they want to replicate the musical magic. As a part of the celebration of the unusual occasion, Airbnb will also give to the Boys & Girls Club of Salem. Are you willing to do the booking? For further updates stay tuned to Thirsty.
