Washington Nationals Fan Attacks Stadium Usher

Passions generally run high at major sports events. Therefore, it is quite common for fans to get a bit rowdy sometimes. However, one Washington Nationals fan recently went overboard, as chaos ensued at the scene.

The incident in question took place at National Park during the ninth innings of the Nationals’ loss to the Atlanta Braves. One Nationals fan got so upset that he proceeded to attack a stadium usher.

A video shot by a bystanders shows several venue staffers attempting to get the man to leave, who in turn hit a stadium usher, and then also bit him. The venue staffers were struggling to get the man to leave.

Thankfully, the situation was brought under control before any further chaos could ensue, as two police officers arrived on the scene and restrained the attacker.

This incident has caused quite an uproar, and several people have called for the attacker to be banned from all future games.
