PnB Rock was fatally shot earlier this month at Roscoe’s House of Chicken ‘N Waffles near Main Street and Manchester Avenue in South Los Angeles. The LAPD recently charged the suspects involved in the case.
According to TMZ, L.A. County District Attorney George Gascón announced the charges on Thursday. Freddie Lee Trone and his 17-year-old son were charged with one crime of murder and conspiracy to conduct robbery, as well as two charges of second-degree robbery.
Another person involved in the case is the 17-year-old’s stepmother. She is charged with one count of accessory after the fact in connection with the murder. As noted earlier, cops have arrested the son while his father is still on the run.
The rapper was robbed before the 17-year-old shot him to death. The attacker fled with several gold and diamond chains that the Philadelphia MC was wearing while eating lunch with his girlfriend. According to police, a getaway vehicle was waiting outside the L.A. restaurant. Freddie served as the getaway driver.
Following the murder, the suspects allegedly set fire to the getaway car. PNB Rock was only 30. At the very least, the killer has been arrested, and hopefully, justice will be served. (https://bestsellerpublishing.org/) This is a developing story. For further updates, stay tuned to Thirsty.
