Kanye West Walks On Mud-Splattered Runaway At Balenciaga Fashion Show in Paris

Kanye West has been through a lot lately, and also the rapper is at odds with his business partners. However, the rapper recently found some time away from all of the controversy to show off his latest fashion.

TMZ reports Kanye West participated in some high-fashion mudslinging in Paris this weekend. Ye and a slew of models walked down the runway in mud-splattered outfits. Kim Kardashian, Kanye’s ex, did not attend, but three of his children, including North, did.

West kicked up the presentation with Balenciaga‘s Apocalyptic, Mud-Filled SS23. Demna, Balenciaga’s creative director, described the mud as “a metaphor for digging for truth and being down to earth.” Kanye has never walked the runway before, and he didn’t this time either.

He stomped down on it in leather pants, a security jacket, a baseball cap, and a hood. “Let us let everyone be anyone and make love not war,” Demna continued. Given Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the timing is interesting.

Bella Hadid walked the runway as well. Her face was made to appear bruised and beaten as she went through the mud with a baby carrier strapped to her body. Kylie Jenner, Christine Quinn, and Alexa Demie watched from the sidelines.
