Baseball Outfielder Aaron Judge made history with the 62nd home run. But some fan nearly got hurt in the process.

This past Tuesday night, a fan jumped over the stadium railing in an attempt to catch Aaron Judge’s 62nd home run ball and somehow avoided injury. Bad news for him, he was immediately kicked out of the stadium.

According to TMZ Sports, the guy apparently avoided broken bones in the jump. However, he was met by security guards who tossed him from the venue.

It was reported that the Rangers had an opportunity to press charges against the guy or issue him a criminal trespass warning so they declined, The police did let him go without further incident.

Consider the guy lucky not to be in the slammer to attempt to catch a ball that’s worth millions, let alone being alive. The whole thing is definitely one of the crazier moments in MLB history.
