Ronda Rousey Believes Daniel Cormier Can Beat Brock Lesnar In An MMA Fight

Brock Lesnar remains one of the most highly accomplished WWE Superstars of all time. He has seen a ton of success, both inside and outside WWE. His next WWE opponent could be a huge surprise as well.

The Beast Incarnate challenged Roman Reigns for his titles at WWE SummerSlam. Despite his best efforts, he was unable to defeat Reigns. He has been absent from WWE television since then.

Brock Lesnar was very dominant during his time in UFC as well, winning the UFC Heavyweight Championship in 2008. After holding two titles at the same time in the UFC, Daniel Cormier issued a challenge to Lesnar. However, the fight never happened.

While speaking on her YouTube channel, Ronda Rousey stated that she believes Daniel Cormier would be able to defeat Brock Lesnar in an MMA fight.

“Well, I would say that DC is a better wrestler because he went to the Olympics. Since that is their kind of root art. I have to go with that [Cormier] then, but I don’t know. You never know.”

Daniel Cormier recently appeared on WWE programming and is scheduled to be the special guest referee for Matt Riddle and Seth Rollins’ Fight Pit Match at WWE Extreme Rules. We’ll have to see who will end up winning the match.
