The Halloween season is upon us, and its time to get spooky. It looks like Charli D’Amelio has taken it too seriously. The dress attire for the performance on the recent Monday Night episode of Dancing With The Stars gave the feeling.
Charli D’Amelio transformed herself into Marge Simpson. She was covered in head-to-toe yellow body paint, as was Mark, who is his dance partner. Mark Ballas dressed as Homer Simpson for the routine.
The 18-year-old TikTok star wore a tall blue wig, along with a green dress, red shoes, and a red necklace. Charli and Mark danced a jazz routine to The Simpsons theme song during Disney+ Night. Their performance earned all 9s from the judges, totalling 36 out of 40.
Not only am I learning a new style of jazz, I’m doing it with Marge Simpson’s wig on my head. I’m a little nervous about the wig in the performance… I’m gonna have to dive in hair first.
Charli commented on her routine and the judges were astounded by her performance. Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba praised her performance for the way it was presented.
It was so good I didn’t want it to end. Brilliance in the ballroom.
Charli and Mark face tough competition from Charli’s mom, Heidi D’Amelio and her partner Artem Chigvintsev. The mother is just two points behind her daughter, but things can change at any instant.
