Cher is an incredible musical personality. She has worked over the years and has entertained people from different walks of life and in different locations. She also has an affinity for quality houses.

One of her such places is her Malibu Home which is a huge asset and has a space that is beyond one’s imagination. It overlooks the Pacific Ocean and is one of the sea-facing villas.

According to TMZ, which reports details from The Wall Street Journal, the 1989 $2,95M mansion is up for sale for a whopping amount of $85M. The house has its own qualities.

It took five years to build and has an Italian look to it. There are amenities that are within and beyond one’s requirements. The space has so much place for all that one needs to have a huge family to live in it.

The home is spread over an area of about 1.7 acres. The space has 40 Palm trees that are complete with a courtyard and a fountain. The main residence has 7 bedrooms, a primary suite with a meditation room and two closets, an indoor/outdoor, gym and a home theatre.
