Kanye West Trying To ‘Drown Out’ Attention From Anti-Semitic Posts With New Girlfriend

Kanye West has made headlines for a number of different reasons. It’s either about his divorce or about his shoes. Prior to his current suspension for uttering anti-Semitic slurs, he used to post them all on Instagram. It appears, Ye has trying his best to make people forget about his anti-semitic posts.

A source shared with Page Six, Kanye West is attempting to distract from the anti-Semitic posts that got him booted off social media over the weekend by going on dates with a new girlfriend. The source also said that West, who has become increasingly unpredictable, is “trying to drown out [the headlines about anti-Semitism] with other content.”

The source further explained, “The new girlfriend — whatever is next — it’s to try and make people forget.” Over the weekend, West tweeted he was going to go “death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE,” referencing the U.S. military alertness system “defcon,” and leaned into anti-Semitic tropes.

Additionally, West later shared screenshot, which he subsequently deleted, of a text exchange with Sean Love Combs, a.k.a. Diddy, in which he implied the mogul was under Jewish control. The posts were removed and West was locked out of Twitter and Instagram.

Amidst the backlash, West was spotted on a date in Santa Monica, Calif., with a “mystery woman”, who turned out to be model Juliana Nalú. The pair were photographed at celeb favorite Giorgio Baldi restaurant and going clothing shopping. We’ll have to wait and see what Kanye has in store for us next.
