Cuba Gooding Jr. is an Oscar-winning actor. The 54-year-old actor has not had various charges against him except one major one which was put across by a waitress Kelsey Harbert.
The waitress accused the actor of groping her. While Gooding admitted kissing her on the lips without consent, he maintained silence on the accusation made by the waitress.
TMZ reports Cuba also accounted for two other matters of non-consensual contact in October 2018 and June 2019. The actor was given a different judgement after his acceptance of the charges.
There was no need to further address them today, He apologized the day he plead guilty.
The Gladiator actor ultimately pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of forcibly touching the young woman. He was asked to go through some training to help him with his character.
Cuba went through alcohol and behavior modification treatment for six months and have no new arrests. On Wednesday, he did just that in a New York City court, allowing him to avoid jail time. Accusers were in attendance during the recent hearing, however, they didn’t interact with the actor.
