Kanye West is credited for being one of the biggest names in the world of hip-hop, but he is also a true genius when it comes to business as well. His accolades simply speak for themselves. However, he remains a controversial figure even now, and that’s not slated to change any time soon.
As of late, Kanye West has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons once again. This is largely due to him wearing a ‘White Lives Matter’ t-shirt during his Yeezy fashion show.
Not only that, he came under fire for his recent anti-Semitic remarks. He stated that he’ll go “Death Con 3 On Jewish People.” While speaking on The Daily Show, Trevor Noah blasted Kanye West for his remarks.
“I don’t even know where to begin with this sh**. I mean promoting antisemitism to your 50 million followers? I’m not even joking about it, threatening to go ‘death con 3’ on Jewish people?”, Trevor said before correcting Ye’s spelling of the term. “I know this is not the point, but that’s not how you say it. I know it’s not the main issue. I know that. But it’s DEF CON 3. Alright, not death con 3.
What is that? Does antisemitism make you tired? Is that why MAGA people love the MyPillow guy?” More so, the comedian shared his sympathy for conservatives. “But I will say, man, I feel bad for American right-wingers, because they’re getting Kanye now.”
West was even accused of saying he loves Adolph Hitler. Numerous famous people have spoken out against the tweet, which was later removed for breaking the platform’s guidelines. What do you think about the tweet? Let us know in the comments. For further updates stay tuned to Thirsty.
