The drama that’s been brewing between Lil Baby and Quavo seems to have reached a critical point now, with the former clapping back at the latter in his new project.

Lil Baby’s third studio album, “It’s Only Me,” dropped on Friday, October 14 at midnight, and some of the bars on some of the tracks appear to be referencing the drama with Quavo.

For those unaware, rapper Saweetie, following her breakup with Quavo, had shared a picture with Lil Baby, which is what initially sparked the drama. Back then, Quavo had responded on his story with “Ain’t trippin, we can swap it out!”

One of the track on Lil Baby’s new album, “Stand On It,” features the lines “I don’t want yo bitch, we can’t swap out (Swap out)/ They ain’t on shit, tell ’em to pop out (Pop out).” This seems to be a clear response to Quavo’s earlier comment.

In addition, the track “Not Finished” also seems to make a reference to the drama, with the linse “She post a picture without my permission/ Got me in some shit, man, these women is wild.” seemingly being in reference to the picture Saweetie posted, which started it all.

The internet is already abuzz with thoughts and opinions about Lil Baby’s new album, and all the shade he has thrown at Quavo in it. Check out the track Stand On It below.
