During BravoCon on Saturday, Joe Gorga went on an unhinged rant about his estranged sister Teresa Giudice when a fan asked whether he and his wife ever hesitated joining The Real Housewives of Jersey given that his sister was already a castmate.
The fan also questioned whether it was wise to join a show centered on conflict given the existing drama between the estranged siblings. PageSix reported that Melissa attempted to answer the question by explaining that both she and her husband made the decision and that it was never behind Teresa Giudice’s back.
After that, she was stopped by Joe Gorga who got up to his feet and went on a rant defending their decision to join the show while also criticizing his sister for not welcoming him onto the show.
“This is the sh*t that pisses me off. [If I] built this building and I have a cousin that does electrical [then] I’m giving you a job. Not that we are being in competition. F–k that. We’re family. I am tired of hearing that bullsh*t. Because you know what? If you love each other, right? And we’re family, you help one another rise.”
The animosity between the two siblings stems from the fact that Joe Gorgas did not attend Teresa Giudice’s wedding to Lius Ruelas due to a major fight that took place while filming the Season 13 finale of the Bravo series. Clearly Gorgas has had enough of this drama that has run its course.
