A$AP Bari Sued For Over $30K After Car Crash

Earlier this year, A$AP Bari wrecked his Mercedes Maybach SUV. Right after this, he received a huge gift from Kanye West. He is now facing a lawsuit after the incident as well.

According to TMZ, A$AP Bari, whose real name is Jabari Shelton, has been hit with a lawsuit over the crash that happened back in July.

As revealed by court documentation, the A$AP Mob co-founder was driving his Mercedes-Benz “carelessly, recklessly, and negligently” when his car crashed into another vehicle driven by a man named Jorge Baez.

Jorge’s lawyer, Jared Newman, stated that the accident left Baez with serious injuries and numerous medical bills. He’s suing for more than $30K in damages.

“It was nice of Kanye West to buy A$AP Bari a new Maybach and enable him to move on like nothing happened, but something did happen and A$AP Bari must pay for his negligence.”

We will have to wait and see whether Bari will end up paying over $30K or not. After all, it was due to his negligence that the accident happened in the first place.
