Kanye West is known for his controversial take on almost every subject, but his latest comments have triggered a great deal of backlash. Now, 50 Cent has responded to Ye’s comments.
The “In Da Club” hitmaker recently appeared on Hot 97’s Ebro in the Morning on Tuesday to talk about different things. Co-host Peter Rosenberg asked 50 Cent to share his thoughts on Kanye West’s latest controversy. Check out the rapper’s response below.
“I think he’s in a dangerous area. I forgive him for the things that he said, because I’ve already identified when something’s going on that I don’t understand. Even the Trump support thing was a little out there for me. One week it’s ‘I don’t want my kids raised by a white woman,’ and the next week it’s ‘I wanna go home.’”
50 Cents reaction came several days after Ice Cube said he did not inspire Kanye West’s anti-Semitic remarks. For those not in the know, Ice Cube was dragged into the whole controversy after fans speculated that the L.A. rapper was source to Kanye’s antics.
Ice Cube took to Twitter and urged fans to leave his name out of all the drama. He also denied being an inspiration for Kanye’s antisemitism. He said he doesn’t even know what Ye meant by his statements.
