Cobra Kai, the spinoff to The Karate Kid film series, has received widespread acclaim from both reviewers and fans. However, there’s some good news for devoted “Cobra Kai” fans. The renowned mansion from the show is now a short-term rental, but overnight stays aren’t that cheap.
According to TMZ‘s sources, Daniel LaRusso recently spent $1 million on renovations to his house so that renters could move in. Bookings start at $2,300 per night, with modifications mostly concentrated on the property’s grounds and facilities.
Karate lessons, a private chef, chauffeur services, exotic car rentals, a masseuse, private security, and even a private plane charter are some options for individuals looking to splurge. There are 6 bedrooms in the 9,214-square-foot mansion, each with a separate bathroom. There is also a heated pool and spa, fire pit, indoor pond, garden atrium, and a wood-fired pizza oven.
The property was purchased for $2.4 million, with the new owner intending to turn it into a rental. Bookings can be made through VRBO for the “Cobra Kai” estate, which is located in Marietta, GA rather than the Encino, CA that the show depicts.
There were several scenes from the Netflix series shot there, including some house fights, and the location is claimed to have housed notable guests, including two former U.S. Presidents and great golfer Arnold Palmer. Stay tuned to Thirsty for the latest updates.
