Kanye West’s Latest Project Is A Mini-City Called ‘The Yecosystem’

Kanye West is often embroiled in controversy, which harms his relationships with others, including the brands with which he collaborates. Balenciaga recently announced the end of its partnership with Kanye. According to a recent report, Kanye is working on his next big project, which he calls the “Yecosystem.”

Rolling Stone reports that Ye has submitted a series of trademark filings lately. Many of which appear to be taking him at least one step closer to achieving his dream of launching several multiple mini-communities throughout the United States. According to the latest report, the Yecosystem will be a  “self-sustained enterprise that would have its own branded products and services.”

Sources have informed the outlet that West has been working on the idea for years but has just started to take aggressive moves, such as the recent filings. Aside from branded homes, custom communities may have their own retail chains selling Yecosystem-branded food and beverage items. A production house, a media outlet, nutrition and beauty stores, and several more services are supposed to be available to residents in the future.

It has been reported that things might begin as soon as next month. However, nothing has been officially confirmed as of yet. “He’s trying to do sh*t that people couldn’t even conceive of and he’s trying to make it happen,” a source explained to the outlet.

He comes from a good place. It’s definitely his goal that everything that people touch that’s his is a good thing and has a good impact on the world.

At this moment, trademarks filed by The Life of Pablo hitmaker include Yzyverse, Yxyverse, and Yeezyverse, implying that the ultimate name for the ambitious new project has likely yet to be determined.
