Kanye West is touted as one of the biggest names in the world of hip-hop, but he is also a true genius when it comes to business as well. His accolades simply speak for themselves.
As of late, Kanye West has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons once again. This is largely due to him wearing a ‘White Lives Matter’ t-shirt during his Yeezy fashion show.
Not only that, he came under fire for his recent anti-Semitic remarks. He stated that he’ll go “Death Con 3 On Jewish People. He also called POTUS Joe Biden a r***** for not listening to Elon Musk.
According to TMZ, many resellers hesitant to make any moves until Adidas announces its position on Kanye West.
Due to West’s outbursts as of late, retailers remain doubtful on how to continue. It was said that if Adidas ends the partnership, the market will explode, because the shoes will not be produced in mass quantities anymore.
This waiting period for Adidas has caused many resellers to hold onto stock in case Addidas cuts ties. For now, retailers haven’t seen any change in how the shoes move on the resale market, but that might change soon.
