Blac Chyna always found herself in one difficulty after another. Fans must have heard about her alleged role in human trafficking. Blac Chyna recently threatened legal action against a TikTok user over allegations of sex trafficking.
Blac Chyna believes the accusations are only a last-ditch effort to increase the TikTok star’s following. She denies the accusations of kidnapping and sex trafficking against Ava Louise.
Following Ava’s recent TikTok posts in which she claimed Chyna was holding her prisoner and attempting to prostitute her out, BC had her attorneys send Ava a cease and desist notice.
According to TMZ, Chyna claimed that what Ava is accusing is “false, extreme, and outrageous” and that she must stop immediately or face legal repercussions. Ava’s credibility is being questioned by Blac Chyna’s legal team, who claim it’s part of a pattern of “menacing and outrageous conduct” to boost Ava’s social media following.
They claim Ava has previously admitted to fabricating rumors about Kanye West hooking up with YouTube beauty expert Jeffree Star. It is important to note, that when Ava claimed she received a cease and desist letter from Kris’ company last year threatening legal action if she continued to make accusations about Kim and Kanye, Kris Jenner allegedly threatened her with a lawsuit.
Ava’s statement was entirely made up, according to Kris’ camp, and they never wrote her such a letter. But this letter of cease and desist is legitimate. What do you think of it? Let us know in the comments. For further updates stay tuned to Thirsty.
