George Floyd’s Brother Is Not Pursuing Lawsuit Against Kanye West For Now

Kanye West is touted as one of the biggest names in the world of hip-hop, but he is also a true genius when it comes to business as well. Ye’s accolades simply speak for themselves.

As of late, Kanye West has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons once again. This is largely due to him wearing a ‘White Lives Matter’ t-shirt during his Yeezy fashion show. Not only that, he came under fire for his recent anti-Semitic remarks. Ye stated that he’ll go “Death Con 3 On Jewish People.

As previously reported, George Floyd’s family sued Kanye West for $250 million after West falsely suggested that George Floyd died of Fentanyl overdose. According to TMZ, George Floyd’s brother isn’t moving forward with legal action against West.

Philonise Floyd representative Lee Merritt stated that Philonise is temporarily standing down on his original threat to bring a lawsuit against Ye, Candace Owens and others. This is because he just wanted Kanye to stop repeating that false narrative about his brother’s death.

For now, West is safe as long as he doesn’t push his false narrative again. We’ll have to see what will become of Kanye West in the end.
