50 Cent remains one of the most influential rappers in the history of the hip-hop world. The legendary made a name for himself in several mediums such as games, movies, books and more. That being said, Fif isn’t one to take accusations lightly, especially when it comes to his manhood. It seems the MedSpa owner has blamed The Shade Room for the accusations relating to 50 Cent’s manhood.
Fif has a sense of humor as he is known to be a huge troll and makes fun of various celebrities, subjects and the like. He also has the ability to laugh at himself, which is a rare thing for many. However, sometimes even he doesn’t like being made fun of, for a good reason.
50 Cent has been accused of blaming the wrong party for spreading false information about him having allegedly undergone a penis enlargement procedure. According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, Angela Kogan, who is the owner of MedSpa, is the defendant in 50 Cent’s current lawsuit. Her attorneys have countered the rapper’s allegations by blaming The Shade Room.
The defense claimed that rumors about 50 Cent’s alleged procedure were spread due to the gossip outlet publishing a photo that featured Fif and Kogan together.
Plaintiff is not entitled to relief against Defendants as Plaintiff has failed to properly plead against the offending party; namely, The Shade Room,” the documents state. “The Shade Room is the author of the Article, and pulled the Photo from Kogan’s social media without Kogan’s permission or consent.
The Shade Room is the publisher of the Article, and Plaintiff has improperly applied the actions of The Shade Room to Defendant.”
50 Cent filed the lawsuit back in September, alleging that Angela Kogan and her Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa used a photo that the rapper took at the establishment to suggest he was a client and underwent a procedure.
A trial date had been set for July 3, 2023, however, there is still the chance that the parties involved will reach a settlement before the date comes. We’ll keep you updated on this ongoing case.
