Britney Spears Already Selling $12 Million Mansion She Bought In June

Britney Spears suffered for 13 years due to her conservatorship, and fans never stopped giving her support throughout the entire ordeal. She was finally free from it all back in 2021 and fans couldn’t have been happier. Spears is living a happily married life with Sam Asghari, but it seems she won’t be staying in one of her new homes for much longer.

According to TMZ, the pop sensation and her husband Sam Asghari spent $11.8 million back in June for a massive 11,650 sq. foot home on 1.6 acres in Calabasas. In fact, it was located in the same neighborhood as her ex Kevin Federline.

That being said, it was reported that Britney Spears just did not like the Calabasas mansion, which is why she plans on selling it this year. Aside from this house, Spears already has the Thousand Oaks mansion she bought back in 2015 for $7.5 million.

It is not known whether Britney Spears will end up looking for another home or if she will just stay in her original home. Regardless, Spears will have a ton of money once she sells the mansion. Sam Asghari also recently denied claims that he controls Britney Spears, so it is evident he has Spears’ back every step of the way in their married life together.
