Jeremy Renner Hospitalized in ‘Critical but Stable Condition’ After Snow Plow Accident

Jeremy Lee Renner is an actor and musician who is best known for his role as Hawkeye in the Avengers franchise. He was recently involved in a serious snow plow accident. The Avengers star is currently in “critical but stable condition.”

According to his rep, the Hawkeye actor was injured “after experiencing a weather-related accident while plowing snow earlier today” in Nevada. Deadline was the first to report his accident.

His family is with him and he is receiving excellent care.

According to the Reno Gazette-Journal, Renner lives about 25 miles outside of Reno near Mt. Rose-Ski Tahoe. According to the publication, a winter storm slammed the area on New Year’s Eve, knocking out power to 35,000 houses. Renner also posted an Instagram video in mid-December. “I have so much respect for Mother Earth, and Mother Nature. I expect to lose the fight but I’ll always give it my best shot.”
