Donald Trump held his annual Mar-a-Lago party on New Year’s Eve. The former United States President ditched all politics and went on to have fun with his own playlist on the speakers. It turns out that Céline Dion was the artist that Trump listened to most.
Donald Trump hosted his own Halloween party at his Palm Beach, Florida, home, according to a Page Six exclusive. He used an iPad to play 1980s tunes and “The Phantom of the Opera.” The most noticeable tune he played was Céline Dion’s “Titanic” smash “My Heart Will Go On.”
It is no surprise that Trump is a big fan of Céline Dion. Those who follow Trump will notice that the former “Celebrity Apprentice” contestant has long admired the French-Canadian singer. He reportedly also asked Dion to play at his inauguration but was denied.
Trump also performed Broadway and Bruce Springsteen songs in addition to Dion. A spy of his DJ setup observed, “He does it from his laptop.” People were impressed by Trump’s technological capabilities in maintaining such a shuffle of tracks.
In November, Trump announced his bid for the presidency in 2024. He briefly addressed the press as he and Melania Trump entered the ballroom. Additionally, Trump was seen “standing in the buffet line with other guests and chit-chatting about his run in 2024.”
It’s fun to see this side of Donald Trump as he enjoys himself with his favorite music. However, he hasn’t seemed to forget about his 2024 presidential run and continued to leave bits and pieces of it in the party.
