Outer Banks became famous after dropping directly at the beginning of the COVID-19 lockdown. It’s 2023, and fans should buckle up because their favorite show is on its way with new twists. Season 3 of Outer Banks will be available on Netflix in February.
Netflix announced Tuesday that all ten episodes of the treasure drama’s third season would be available on Thursday, February 23. Season 2 ended with the Pogues John B., Sarah, Kiara, Pope, JJ, and new ally Cleo ending up on an island they named “Poguelandia” after losing the gold they’d been searching for. However, no one expected the desert-island joy to last long.
According to the season’s official synopsis, the youngsters are soon back on the hunt for the treasure. “They’re broke and far from home, they can’t trust anyone, Ward and Rafe are hungry for revenge, and there’s a ruthless Caribbean don who will stop at nothing to find the bounty,” the summary reads.
Was the treasure ever within their reach? Or was it all a trap to stop them once and for all? Either way, it’s the Pogues against the world — and the only way out is together.
That doesn’t even begin to cover the bomb dropped in the last moments of the Season 2 finale. Big John, the presumed-dead father of John B., is alive. Let’s wait and see what happens. To get the latest updates, keep an eye on Thirsty.
