Lil Wayne’s Daughter Tells People To Stop Comparing Her Father To Young Rappers

Lil Wayne is currently one of the top rappers in the hip-hop world and has produced numerous classic tracks. It is a known fact that has a deep love for tattoos on his body. He also had a very difficult childhood, where Lil Wayne even tried to end his life once. Being such a big name in the industry, it is no surprise that he is constantly compared to new rappers now. That being said, it seems Lil Wayne’s daughter doesn’t want people to compare her father to other younger rappers.

Weezy is also well aware of the new generation of rappers in the industry right now and never shies away from giving the rub to a select few whom he deems worthy. He did so for Rich The Kid previously.

Earlier this week, MyMixtapes tweeted the question: “Who goes harder Prime Lil Wayne or Current Lil Baby?” The tweet had been seen over 700,000 times by Saturday (January 7), and had been reposted close to 1,000 times.

This garnered a response from Lil Wayne’s daughter Reginae Carter, who took to Twitter and defended her father’s legacy. She made it clear that she wants people to stop comparing her father to other younger rappers.

“KEEP MY FATHERS NAME OUT YA MOUTH” 😂😂😂 Nah fr y’all need to stop comparing my dad to the new kids on the block .. gotta stop ! Everybody is super talented and dope ! Let them have their run and time will tell .. but leave that marathon Wayne ran out of it …

Wayne will continue to produce some of the best verses known to man and that is unlikely to change anytime soon. In the meantime, fans will also continue to appreciate everything that he does and that’s all that matters.
