Joe Don Rooney is a famous lead guitarist for the country music trio Rascal Flatts. The musician is currently going through a nasty divorce with his Playboy model wife. Rooney claimed she cheated on him while she claimed him to be a cheater addicted to drugs and alcohol.
According to new legal documents acquired by TMZ, J.D. Rooney alleged his wife, Tiffany Fallon, is having an affair with her personal trainer. He claimed the romance began before he filed for divorce in January 2021. Joe further said that the “adulterous relationship” is still active.
Tiffany Fallon admitted to adultery but denied it was the cause of their divorce. She claimed the affair began after Rooney left the marriage due to “habitual alcoholism and drug abuse.” Fallon accused him of adultery as well.
As we reported earlier, J.D. Rooney was arrested for DUI in September 2021 after police in Tennessee said he crashed into a tree. Tiffany mentioned Joe’s DUI arrest in the documents, claiming that it was the pinnacle of his chronic alcohol and drug misuse. Rooney, for his part, denied abusing narcotic substances, but he admitted to using cocaine on occasion.
J.D. Rooney claimed to have an alcohol problem and is receiving treatment, but he claimed that his drinking was not the reason of the marriage’s demise. He claimed she began having an affair in 2020, when he was on the wagon. Rooney and Tiffany, a former Miss Georgia and Playmate of the Year, married in 2006 and have three children together.
